NEOLYNC
The area of the project is about 600 m 2 .
The project is the international headquarter of the Neolync company. It is located in a historic building from the 50s, that sits atop a cliff overlooking the sea. The design includes the conservation of the historic building. The building has a tiled roof with a wooden frame. The concept of the design was to expose the array of wooden beams to create a look that resembles an upside-down hull of a ship.
In addition, the openings at the western façade towards the sea were enlarged and transformed to glass walls supported be a steel and wooden frame. A series of columns and steel beams were added to the interior in order to strengthen the structure and to create an ordered layout to the plan.

The layout includes two open work areas that overlook the sea. Around them there are sitting areas, phone rooms and offices. The interior and exterior facades were designed as one continuation. Book shelfs made of steel with a lounge and a bar were placed in between the two working areas. In each working area, a large solid wooden table with working stations, was placed.
The graphic designer Tom Kariv was hired to create two wall paintings that serve as a continuation to the space and to give it diversity and a deeper meaning. On the southern part of the building, a storage for surfing boards and showers were added.
